No video store is impervious to controversy.
Price changes, late fees, seasonal popcorn flavors, even some (a small minority!) of our choices for the Staff Recommendation Shelf — almost anything can cause outrage among customers if you allow it to fester.
At Rewind Video, it’s a small problem, but controversy pops up from time to time. Partially it’s due to us ruling the store with a collective iron fist, but we’ve also learned that a lot of controversies are overblown, basically fake, and can be ignored. Like that guy who sends us monthly “manifestos” demanding a 4K disc of Battlefield Earth. Not gonna happen!
